Hatchery

This small house is designed to house a hen with a brood of chicks.

It has small wire mesh on the run, with a plywood floor and a door on the house to shut them in at night and keep them safe from predators. The lift up roof on one side gives access to the house and there is a main hatch on the run for feed and water.

Ropes on each end allow for easy movement around the lawn to give them new grass each day. Made from treated timber and rusticated weather board (oil stained).
